Hey PC modding community! We are kicking off a PC case mod contest for all of you who are passionate about it or are trying to get into modding or just thinking on building your next rig. Here is how it works, submit your best PC case mod build ideas for a chance to become one of the 7 finalists to win hardware to build that PC. Once those 7 finalists have finished their build, they will compete for first, second and third place prizes.

How To Submit
- Register: Create an account on and or sign-in to Intel TechMesh
- Join the PC Mod Level Up Challenge Group (Go here and click the Join button on the page)
- By November 26th add a project to TechMesh and BE SURE TO SELECT "PC Mod Level Up Challenge Group" from the Group Field in the Details tab.

Creating a good submission: Read the judging rules below and do your best to describe your project
- Explain the scope of your project in Overview. Include any drawings, sketches, photographs, renders that will help judges visualize your project.
- Describe your method(s) for achieving your build. Tell us your creative approach and explain, tools, processes, techniques, thought process that you will use on the project.
- Explain how you will make use of intel products and technologies in your build
- Please let us know about your skill levels as a PC builder and modder. It is ok if you are a beginner or if this is your first mod, we just want the judges to know so that it is taken into consideration
- Finalist Phase: please keep a video/picture journal of your build’s progress and submit it to us. Submit at least five (5) videos and ten (10) photos of your progress via shared folder assigned by Intel representative. Permission must be given to use all photos and videos on Intel social media channels.

Rules:
- PC Mod Level-Up Challenges is open to participants in Canada, US and the UK
- PC Case mod refers to any mod project that uses an existing case.
- The mod design you enter must have been created no earlier than October 1st , 2021 and must be a fully functioning unit.
- The Best 7 designs will be provided hardware to build their PC Case mod design. These would be referred to as finalists
- Finalist phase: The 7 finalists will compete for first, second and third place prices
- Finalist phase: The 7 finalists must submit a separate work journal (photographs and or videos) of the progress of their PC case mode.
- Finalist phase: It is recommended that the work journal show as much details as possible so the judges can see all the effort and work put in to give you an accurate score.
- You and your team must be the original creators of your mod and you must be a legal adult in your country of residence or have written permission by a legal parent or guardian.
- Submit your PC Case mod design by Nov 26th - For questions, join our Discord and ask questions in the #TechMesh_Challenge Channel
- Finalist Phase: Judges will select projects by Dec 6th, 2021, and add those projects to Level-Up Mod Showcase. Finalists will be shipped hardware.
- Final Submission: All showcase finalists will need to update their project adding a video that demonstrates the final build, how it works and the inspiration behind it by Jan 10th 2022
- Everyone is given same the case and hardware for a complete build.
- No limitation to the amount of your own money you wish to invest into your PC Mod.
- Modders/Contestants are not allowed to seek out sponsorships for anything used in their builds. Anything used in the builds, including product, non-open-market discounts, services, or other investments of time or material where a fair market payment is eschewed.
Judging:
Projects will be judged on 3 criteria
- Creativity and/or inspiration of the project
- Technical skill/craftsmanship: Difficulty, effort, techniques, tools, etc. used on the project
- Use and inclusion of Intel in the build.
NOTE: the finalist will be required to submit a video and pictures of the project where final judging will rely on the above being clearly articulated and or demonstrated in the video
Dates and Timelines
- Ideation Submission Phase: All submissions must be published to TechMesh as part of the PC Mod Level-Up Challenge by Nov 26th, 2021. For questions, join our Discord in the #TechMesh_Challenge Channel
- Finalist Phase: Judges will select projects as finalists by December 6th, 2021. Finalists will be shipped hardware.
- Final Submission: All showcase finalists will need to update their project by adding a video that demonstrates the final build by Jan 10th 2022.
Prizes
Three finalist will receive:
1st place winner: $1,000 Gift Card for hardware purchase.
2nd place winner: $750 Gift Card for hardware purchase.
3rd place winner: $600 Gift Card for hardware purchase.
Gift cards will be in country currency and with a provider based in-country based on winner selection.
