I am an undergraduate student at Middle East Technical University, Turkey from which I am going to gradute in June, 2018. My field of interest is computer vision and machine learning especially the optimization of the algorithms and the application with the combination of those two fields. I completed two research and development internships. One of them was at Arcelik Group (also known as Beko in Europe), my task was to design a hand tracking and counting finger according to user sign. This application was for their consumer goods and I used OpenCV to do this. Second one was at Center for Image Analysis at METU. In there, I was responsible to optimize FaceNet algorithm which is used to classify and recognize the human faces. I used Tensorflow and OpenCV libraries and worked on deep convolutional neural networks. I would like to mention that my senior project is also based on these fields and the details about the project can be found on my Developer Mesh account.
