Overview / Usage
ParrotAttacks is a web-based arcade shooter game written in pure HTML5. There is no need to install additional plugins and there is even no use of Flash or WebGL. You can run it out of the web using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. If you want, you can also install our Chrome app. Using the app, you are able to play the game without an internet connection. Connect the Intel RealSense camera, open your browser and start your gesture controlled game.
The shooter is played with one hand using your index finger as a cursor and two extra gestures for interaction with the scene - one for shooting, one for reloading. Your goal is to shoot as many birds as possible in a given period of time. For each hit, you’ll get some points. Break your personal high score!
Though it is a single player game at the moment, a multiplayer mode can be integrated for future releases.
