Overview / Usage

So far, I was able to work on fMRI, ECoG and EEG data for a multitude of projects and try to build a model for each of them.
I am also looking for those who are interested in neural signal processing in any way. By using top-notch AI techniques, it is possible to create an outstanding diagnostic tool for medical doctors as well as researchers. If you are interested, contact me at keremkurban@hotmail.com

  • rsfMRI meta-analysis on patients with ADHD (soon-to-be-published)
  • classification of rsfMRI data on people who have taken anesthesia in their childhood
    -Identification of M1 motor cortex neurons from macaque monkeys (Available as a tutorial in my Github account)
    -identification of arousal or withdrawal responses by image stimuli via EEG
