Overview / Usage
The project will be used by doctors across Africa in performing Ear, Nose and Throat Endoscopy for patients
Methodology / Approach
I am developing an instrumentation system comprising of a video capturing system from a BNC connector and a PC. I would be developing a software that automatically play back video from an endoscope and store it in the right format. I would be collaborating with Ear-Nose-Throat specialists in determine the best features of the image and video to classify. I would also be developing a classifier that can automatically detect correctly one or more features of the endoscopy process.
