Description

D-fast is an assistive chatbot developed using Node js, Shippo API, LUIS API (Microsoft Bot Framework). It solves user centric problems like tracking status and information about the prices of the package. It also covers open ended queries by the customer related to DHL services using Microsoft QnA Maker API.
D-fast chat-bot is one-in-all solution for problems like parcel tracking,current status of the parcel etc.It enhances user experience and engagement by asking specific questions.It is retrieval based chat-bot system up to an extent. Our main focus is on the following task: * Retrieval of parcel status just by typing name of the customer and parcel-id. * Getting parcel-price information including the factors like location,type and priority. * Notification Alert System for parcel delivery,failure on platform like Messenger,E-mail etc

D-fast takes input in natural language and using NLP and sentimental analysis(to check user satisfaction level) to get the semantic of the input.The scenario follows as: ->Send greetings and ask for the possible queries(booking,tracking,changing) to help along with customer name. ->After getting info from customer name and possible domains, it will switch to specific track and for every query, it will response using NLP.
