BOXX's goal is to help businesses easily identify problems in their customer's acquisition journey and empower them to provide improved services and long-term value.
Methodology / Approach
We use Computer Vision and Machine Learning to automatically understand the in-store experience of customers and convert it to valuable and actionable Feedback.
The solution runs on premise, in real-time.
