TornadoVM, a Java programming framework for automatically offload and accelerate JVM programs on GPUs and FPGAs, can now run on intel ARC GPUs. For Windows 11, it was just plug-and-play! TornadoVM offloads Java bytecode to OpenCL and SPIRV and dispaches the generated code via the OpenCL and Level-Zero runtimes.
