oneAPI Innovator Program

Overview

oneAPI Innovator program is sheperding a community of developers, researchers, and industry leaders - building and sharing cutting edge technology while learning from each other.

Benefits

  • Recognition from Intel as a oneAPI expert
  • Interact and exchange ideas with highly regarded researchers, software developers, and students within the oneAPI community
  • Early access to the latest technology developments that are under a nondisclosure agreement (NDA)
  • Extended access to Intel DevCloud
  • Invitations to exclusive Intel events and training
  • Reimbursement from Intel for participating in accepted conferences and events
  • Spotlight your project through DevSummits, articles, demos, and more

Homogeneous and Heterogeneous Implementations of a tridiagonal solver on Intel® Xeon® E-2176G with oneMKL getrs
by Oluwatosin Odubanjo
The oneMKL getrs is a solver for a system of linear equations with an LU-factored square coefficient matrix, with multiple right-hand sides. This project explores the use case of the getrs solver for tridiagonal system of the following characteristics:

  1. Symmetric tridiagonal system
  2. Weakly diagonally dominant
  3. Irreducible and nonsingular with a nontrivial solution and a unique LU-factorization
  4. Column dominant and does not need pivoting for a LU-factorization
  5. Symmetric and positive definite, thus it is positive definite symmetric

Accelerating computational drug discovery with Intel oneAPI and FPGAs
by Ho Leung Ng
This project investigates the applications of FPGAs for accelerating the resource intensive workloads of computational drug discovery. The Intel oneAPI makes the traditionally esoteric programming interface for FPGAs available to the non-specialist, scientific research community.

nGIA: A preciese and fast clustering tool for gene and protein sequences
by Zhen Ju
We implemented a new tool. Taking advantage of GPU, our tool can get accurate results, and runs fastest on the hardware at the same price. Our tool supports CUDA and oneAPI.
