Lights. Camera. ARC!

Lights. Camera. ARC!

The DreamHack Gaming expo held in Dallas June 3-5 is history, but attendees are likely still talking about it. Thousands of attendees from around the world, representing nearly every age group, converged on the Lone Star State to experience the well-loved esports tourney IN PERSON! The Intel Extreme Master (IEM) event took place as well under the same roof.

It wasn’t all showdowns, competitions, and gaming though. Intel used the event to showcase its new ARC GPUs via a well-attended station (umm cage?) in the Expo Hall. And who wouldn’t get excited – this was the FIRST public display of Intel’s discrete ARC GPU lineup.

“Attending this event live again was mind blowing,” said Tuan Huynh, Arc Evangelist, with Intel. “The energy, excitement, and sense of community can’t be experienced virtually. And the enthusiasm for our ARC GPUs and supporting ARC Control software package was beyond our expectations.”

DreamHack is the world’s premier gaming lifestyle festival where attendees can explore esports, art, music, cosplay, tabletop, arcade, indies, panels, LAN, PC, console, mobile screenings, expo hall and more. For upcoming 2022 events visit the site.

Intel Extreme Masters, which began in 2006 by ESL Gaming, is the longest running global pro gaming tour in the world. For more info on upcoming events, check out the site.
