Overview / Usage

In our daily life we spend most of our time in social media and what we do not usually notice is we waste so much time navigating around the websites or apps. Like we want one photo to be posted to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter at the same time, till now we had to do them one by one. So to automate these things actually we can use our PC equipped with Alexa app, so that we can talk to the computer and trigger it to do everything by simple voice commands.
In this case the Alexa skill will be able to do the following tasks:

  1. Upload photos and post status updates to Facebook, Instagram, twitter, and other platforms.
  2. Upload videos to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
  3. Play videos from YouTube
  4. Start live stream to YouTube, Twitch, Facebook or Instagram.
  5. Read out news feeds from the services.

Methodology / Approach

We will be using the alexa app for pc which is only available to windows platform to perform the tasks.
We can talk with the voice assistant with some voice commands
It will then recognize the context and start such service to select the media from the user's pc and upload it.
for the processing part we can use any python script or we can use external services like IFTTT to perform the action.
