There are mainly two end result application that are associated with the Smart Bin product. User End Application (Normal User) Collector End Application (Local collection Units) 1. User App (Normal User) Behavioral Analysis:- Gratification Wallets : Every user at the end of their dumping procedure will get to hear some iconic voice from inside the bin which can attract them and it can be dynamically plotted according to the user particulars. Live tracking of bins : Every bin is having their own live tracking device installed inside it (GPS based) so that user can get to locate the bin in their near proximity and can litter. Personalized Messaging : The user can get the personalized message on their mobile regarding the frequency in which they are using the bin and on that data we are creating a sense of awareness through it Loyalty Reward Mechanism System : The major takeaway from this app is very much directed to the user in which there is a reward wallet based mechanism where every user is having their reward point generated which is live coming from the number of times he/she is using that bin. Then that reward coupon is used for some specific offers that are current going in the market for different vendors. 2. Collector’s App (The one who are responsible for the bin collection) Behavioral Analysis :- Efficient Clustering of Co-located Bins : All the bins that are present in the proximity are well monitored and post maintenance is also intact with respect to the maintaining body. Visualization of the Co-located Bins : Multiple visualization of the bin icons which are mainly categorizes of three conditions (Healthy, Normal and Critical). Status of waste generated in the Co-located Bin : The Volumetric level of the litter that is present in the bin is being notified and can be pushed through the app to the collecting body in the near proximity. Optimal route generation for waste collection : the optimized route for that waste collection is been provided to the collection body so that they can get a better understanding of how and when the bin is being collected quickly. Methodology / Approach

AWS Serverless Stack is implemented as the Cloud service architecture for the project.

Raspberry Pi board is used at the local layer or Edge layer along with various sensor in order to collect and streamline the data to AWS.

An Android application is used at the application layer in connection with the API generated from AWS cloud service.
