Overview / Usage

I started working on this project when my son, Kevin, decided he wanted to learn to surf. I was working on many other projects with the powerful Intel Joule 570x board and I decided to buy another board to connect cameras, use computer vision, real-time AI and many sensors to make it easy for him to interact with a longboard. The powerful Intel Joule 570x board makes it possible to provide feedback about the movements with a longboard and to process everything that is needed to create a simulation experience that provides feedback in a mobile app.
I'm working on many improvements with additional sensors and better feedback.
The biggest challenge was the integration of the IoT board with the longboard.
The project started as a hobby. However, after many weeks working on it, I've been adding a lot of features to demonstrate the usage of Intel Joule to process real-time AI.
