Overview / Usage

This tutorial builds and runs the AD Insertion Sample on the Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure Virtual Machine and Google Cloud Platform Virtual Machine (GCP) or your local machine. The intelligent ad-insertion reference pipeline shows how the integration of the various media building blocks, including SVT, with analytics powered by the OpenVINO™ Toolkit, work together to accelerate your converged media pipeline.

The Open Visual Cloud is highly optimized for the latest Intel® Xeon® Scalable Processors. Developers can use their own x86 development system to build, customize, and evaluate Open Visual Cloud reference pipelines, or use a public cloud to assess system scalability and performance.

This is a server-side ad insertion sample (not a finished product) that can be referenced by developers to ease application development challenges. It enables real time analytics of media content that powers intelligent selection of advertisements, resulting in personalized and higher affinity targeted ad placements.

Using the instructions found there, it is possible to build and construct a demo Ad-Insertion sample Open Visual Cloud reference pipeline.
