Project status: Under Development
Overview / Usage
In the first analysis, we apply in a practical way the definition of Lyapunov exponent. Solving this way, along with Bernoulli's process, randomly walking to several seemingly random distributions. In practice, our functions could be used in the area of ballistic trajectories, financial analysis among other fields of genetic biology.
Methodology / Approach
We used the GNU GSL-2.6 library in the current version of the project. We use C with native programming language for Linux. However, we are in the process of migrating to the C++ language of the Core features of the system. In the course of migration, we will also apply the Python and R language for calculations not yet implemented. We also intend to use the integrated libraries of oneAPI (Deep Neural Network LIbrary, Math Kernel Library and Thread Building Blocks) in future Deep Learning modules.
Technologies Used
Development IDE we use GVim and plugins for Git, Merge, Color Syntax, among others. Our application currently runs in parallel on 3 hosts, both with 7th and 8th generation Intel i7 processors, totaling 24 thread cores.
