Overview / Usage

Using Intel® Movidius™ Neural Compute Stick running on Intel® Nuc with Ubuntu to evaluate Ethnographic Division using Tensorflow.

Methodology / Approach

  1. Grab images from online API's divided into different groups.
  2. Train and Test Tensorflow model to detect the different groups.
  3. Open the device (Movidius™ Neural Compute Stick) and get a handle to it.
  4. Load a graph file onto the NCS device (Movidius™ Neural Compute Stick).
  5. Pre-process the images coming from the video stream.
  6. Read and print inference results from the device based on image classification.
  7. Unload the graph and close the device.
