Overview / Usage

I want to create Eva to help relationship managers understand their clients at scale, optimizing the managers time effectively to learn about the clients and habits, coming up with unique insights on how to build better relationships at the right time, right place, and right manner.

EVA can

  1. chat and interact with relationship managers very easily in a familiar, intuitive Siris-like interface,
  2. organize and consolidate all client information into one place to identify at-risk clients from early stages and uncover the biases and triggers that drive negative emotions before they happen, and finally
  3. Eva tracks the client's’ mood over time and provides the relationship intelligence to build better relationships at the end of the day so that you can maximize your client lifetime value and strategically target lead referrals to decrease your client acquisition cost.
