Using EVs' charging data, I explored when drivers are likely to plug in their cars, and how much additional electricity demand will be created when the number of EVs increases.
Methodology / Approach
Here, Inferred changes in EV users' charging habits, using Bayesian ML and PyMC3 Library. Also, Analyzed how much additional Electricity Demand will be created when the number of EVs increases. Found out that on average an EV user requests at least twice the amount of energy they actually get, which is 31.4kWh compared to 14.03kWh.
