Overview / Usage
- To tackle the queries related to mining rules,regulations and circulars, we came up with the idea of creating a user-interactive chatbot which is available 24x7.
- Our Chatbot is capable of summarizing, explaining, maintaining user friendly conversations with a specific persona and most importantly clearing queries related to mining rules and regulations.
Methodology / Approach
- Easy and quick access: Provides assistance to get information about mining operations in India and summarize the rules for the user.
- Real time queries: Provides real-time answers to queries about mining procedures, licensing, regulatory changes, enhancing efficiency and reducing compliance-related delays.
- Web Page navigation:Assists the user to easily navigate through the website depending upon the user requirement .
- Compliance Assistance: Provides up to date information about the mining rules and regulations.

- Transformers are used in creation of this chatbot. Transformers provides thousands of pretrained models to perform tasks on different modalities such as text, vision, and audio.
- Roberta Base 2 squad is a NLP model implemented in transformer library, fine tuned using SQuAD2.0. It's been trained on question-answer pairs.
