Overview / Usage

It has been a while I wanted to develop an ML-based "Conversation bot" for my Q&A website. I just started looking for tools, reading about the related work and approaches that researchers used to develop a capable, accurate, and reasonable chatbot.
I will keep posting as I find useful resources here, I appreciate your suggestions along the way as well.
Although there are tools and techniques available in English, my main focus will be on The Persian language that suffers from lack of attention in ML domain, which will add more complexity.
Since there are other languages that can benefit from the results of this project, I will document all of the required steps to obtain training data so it helps the community to develop rich ML-based services in other languages as well.
