Overview / Usage

This project is the core unit in a Cinematographer assistant system. This unit is designed towards aiding low budget and indie film make makers. This unit will auto follow focus the subject selected from the touch screen. It will also allow for other subjects to be brought into focus at will. This unit will allow low cost high quality manual lenses to function as high end auto focus systems.

The second part of this system will automate dolly zoom. A dolly zoom is a shot where the camera is either dolly in or away from the subject while zooming in or zooming out and maintain the subject with the same frame size. This shot added a lot of production value.

The third part of this unit will be a pan and tilt head to be mounted on jib arm dolly.
