Methodology / Approach

Given the hybrid nature of our game, seamlessly blending 2D graphics with captivating 3D scenes, a strategic shift was made from the conventional Standard Render Pipeline (SRP) to the cutting-edge Universal Render Pipeline (URP). Developed by Unity, the URP stands as a meticulously crafted Scriptable Render Pipeline, offering an array of artist-friendly tools designed to effortlessly craft optimized visuals across diverse platforms – spanning from mobile devices to high-powered consoles and PCs. This astute decision unquestionably yielded remarkable results, as the integration of URP introduced an array of innovative features and notable performance enhancements within our 3D scenes, markedly augmenting the overall gameplay experience.

In the creation of this game, we harnessed the power of the Intel ARC Graphics Card, utilizing it extensively for both the development and testing phases of our 3D and 2D scenes. The remarkable performance and capabilities of the Intel ARC greatly contributed to the smooth rendering of intricate visual elements, enhancing the overall gaming experience. Its advanced architecture not only expedited the creation process but also allowed for comprehensive testing, ensuring optimal performance across a spectrum of scenarios. The utilization of the Intel ARC Graphics Card undoubtedly played a pivotal role in elevating the quality and fluidity of our game, enabling us to deliver an immersive and visually captivating gaming adventure to our players.
